Dennis Fitzpatrick is CEO of Siyeh Corporation, a federally chartered, tribally owned enterprise of the Blackfeet Nation, headquartered in Browning, Montana. With more than two decades of leadership, he has guided the corporation’s growth into a diverse, multisector enterprise that advances economic opportunity, cultural preservation, and employment for the Blackfeet people.
In 2020, Fitzpatrick led the strategic acquisition and integration of the Browning Telephone/Internet Exchange into Siyeh Communications and launched a multiyear fiber optic infrastructure upgrade, dramatically enhancing broadband access and modernizing critical communications across the Blackfeet reservation.
Fitzpatrick has earned recognition as a dedicated advocate for economic sovereignty, a builder of enduring tribal enterprises, and a steady leader who blends legal insight with a vision for long term community prosperity. His public service reflects a commitment to ensuring that Native communities have a voice in economic policy at the national level.
Fitzpatrick holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montana State University Billings.
