Shilpa Dutt Assistant Vice President, Treasury Business and Delivery Services

Shilpa Dutt maintains an end-to-end view of the Treasury Retail Investment Manager (TRIM) program, where she tracks planning and implementation and ensures standardization of tools and processes.

Prior to taking on this new role in 2024, Shilpa worked for the Cleveland Fed as assistant vice president and principal for Treasury Services’ Transforming Tax Collections delivery management. She had a key role in establishing the Bank’s project management office and supported several strategic Bank and System projects. She joined the Federal Reserve System in 2015 at the Atlanta Fed, where she worked on the Automated Clearing House Modernization program.

Shilpa has more than 20 years of experience in information technology roles with Target Corporation, Ameriprise Financial, and Accenture.

Shilpa holds a bachelor’s degree from D.Y. Patil School of Engineering in Pune, India.
