Luigi FalasconiResearch Economist

Luigi Falasconi is a junior scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Previously, he was a graduate dissertation fellow at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and a consultant for the European Central Bank. Luigi holds a B.Sc. from Bocconi University, an M.Sc. from the Barcelona School of Economics, an MRes from Pompeu Fabra University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. His research centers on macroeconomics and finance. In 2027, Luigi will begin a position as assistant professor of finance at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
