Liz Leake is vice president and chief financial officer of the Financial Management Group, where she provides leadership and accountability for operations such as the Bank’s accounts payable, financial accounting and reporting, cost accounting, financial planning, and financial analysis functions. She also ensures that the Bank’s financial management functions adhere to internal controls and meet audit standards, and that financial statements are fair and accurate.
Liz began at the Minneapolis Fed in 2013 as a financial analyst. Among her accomplishments, she has implemented System-wide initiatives and managed internal and Board of Governors audits, while ensuring that the Bank meets its financial performance metrics and budget targets.
Prior to joining the Bank, Liz held various finance roles at Target, Delta Air Lines, and Medtronic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton College and an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
