Laura Clark is president and CEO of Opportunity Bank of Montana, a $2 billion full-service community bank headquartered in Helena, Montana, with 30 locations across the state.

Clark joined Opportunity Bank in 2014 as chief financial officer, becoming president in 2022 and CEO in 2023. Her career in banking spans over 45 years, including prior executive positions at the Bank of Bozeman, First National Bancorp, Security Bank, and Bank of Montana System, among others.

Clark currently serves on the boards of ExplorationWorks, Rotary Club of Helena, and Montana Independent Bankers; she is also an active alum of Leadership Montana, and a member of the legislative committee for the Montana Independent Bankers Association.

Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montana State University Billings.
