Jumana Schmuhl Vice President, Data Privacy and Records Management

Jumana Schmuhl is responsible for the Data Privacy Office and records and information management at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. She also serves as the System privacy officer, with responsibility for providing overall management and strategic direction to ensure the effectiveness of the System privacy program.

Jumana came to the Fed from U.S. Bank in 2023. Prior to working at U.S. Bank, Jumana also held leadership positions at investment firms and worked at the World Bank Group designing program strategy for its global trade and supply finance portfolio.

Jumana holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in international development from Harvard.
