Jeff Horwich Senior Economics Writer

Jeff Horwich is the senior economics writer for the Minneapolis Fed. Prior to joining the Bank, he has been a reporter and host for the public radio show Marketplace, business and economics correspondent for Minnesota Public Radio, and director of policy and communications for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. He also earned his examiner’s commission supervising financial institutions for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Jeff received his master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Minnesota and bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from Duke University.
