Elizabeth Bosshard-Blackey Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Legal Division

Elizabeth Bosshard-Blackey is assistant vice president and assistant general counsel in the Legal Division. She joined the Bank in 2022 as a senior attorney, providing legal advice and counsel with an emphasis on employment law, and began serving in her current role in September 2023. She is responsible for day-to-day management of the Legal Division, including attorneys and analytical staff.

Before joining the Bank, Elizabeth worked for a large national law firm and spent several years as in-house counsel for a legal technology company.

Elizabeth holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Vermont, an M.Sc. in international political economy from the London School of Economics, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
