Cara Kolb Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Program Assurance Function

Cara leads several information technology teams responsible for delivering solutions that address evolving business needs and strategic priorities for the Bank.

Since joining the Bank in 2004, she has held various positions in Treasury Services and IT. Notably, Cara has led the Federal Reserve National IT End User Services’ Solutions Management team, Business Management and Internal Communications team, and Endpoint, Messaging, and Mobility Operations team. Cara has also served as the director of the National Service Desk.

Cara has a B.A. in history and sociology from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in management from Hamline University.
