Bill Howden Assistant Vice President, Facilities Management

Bill Howden is assistant vice president of Facilities Management, where he oversees all operations related to maintenance, repair, assessment, planning, and vendor management for the Minneapolis Fed’s property and built environment. Bill also manages the mail room and event services, and represents the Ninth District on System workstreams.

Bill has a master’s degree in real estate and construction from the University of Denver, a bachelor’s degree in facilities management from North Dakota State University, and numerous professional certifications and licenses in the field.
