Andrew Huff is the senior policy and legal advisor for the Minneapolis Fed’s Center for Indian Country Development, where he provides guidance and analysis on laws, policies, and issues related to economic development in Native communities. Huff is an enrolled member of the Rocky Boy’s Reservation of north-central Montana. He graduated from Harvard College in 1991 and the University of Colorado Law School in 1999.
Over the course of his legal career, Andrew has served in a variety of positions, including as a tribal judge for the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, as chief legal counsel to the governor of Montana, and as an assistant attorney general for the Montana Department of Justice.
