Minneapolis receives $900,000 development grant

The Twin Cities branch of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) awarded $900,000 to the Minneapolis Commercial Corridor Revitalization Program, according to the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder.Funds will be used for services and plans to establish businesses along West Broadway and Central Avenue. City business leaders and council members collaborated to develop the grant proposal submitted to LISC.
