Sharon Richner Assistant Vice President, Program Assurance Function

Sharon is responsible for continually improving the Federal Reserve System’s processes, tools, and training to enable successful delivery of technology programs and projects.

Prior to joining PAF, Sharon served in various areas within Minneapolis Fed’s Information Technology Department, including application development, financial analysis, and technology procurement, as well as having more than 15 years of experience with technology project and program management.

Sharon has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and holds credentials from the Project Management Institute.
