Rishi Kapoor Vice President, Treasury Retail Investment Manager and Customer Experience

Rishi Kapoor leads the Minneapolis Fed’s Treasury Retail Investment Manager (TRIM) and Customer Experience (CX) functions, where he oversees the Bank’s IT Development of TRIM, a modernization program supporting the U.S. Treasury Department.
Rishi previously led the Bank’s Application and Data Development teams and the Bank’s Customer & Support Services team. Before joining the Bank in 2019, he held technology leadership positions at banking and financial services organizations. He is an active member of leadership organizations within the Federal Reserve System, promoting collaboration, standardization, and the enhancement of technology across System Reserve Banks.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alberta.
