Joe W. Fahnhorst Vice President, Federal Reserve Financial Services, Application Operations

As managing officer, Joe Fahnhorst oversees the Federal Reserve System division that provides operational support for Federal Reserve Financial Services, including the operational activities related to Check, FedACH, Fedwire Funds, Fedwire Securities, and National Settlement payment systems.

After joining the Fed in 1988, Joe served in multiple roles within the payments environment, including leadership positions within the national ACH payments application group and Cash Services.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Augsburg University in Minneapolis.
